Strona bierna (passive voice) w języku angielskim powstaje przez użycie odpowiedniej formy czasownika be oraz formy III (past participle) czasownika głównego.
Aby utworzyć stronę bierną, używamy konstrukcji: be + past participle, np. was completed.
